You lead a very busy life but please take time to carefully read the confidentiality agreement below and make certain that you understand not one tiny bit of material on the VSNT.live site can be shared with anyone – not your colleague, class member, lover, friend, mother, pet, therapist, scout leader, supervisor - nor anyone else (except another VSNT.live member).

By my using the VSNT.live site, I agree that All INFORMATION including but not limited to videos, audios, webcasts, slides, transcripts, articles found on the VSNT.live site is, and must be treated as, confidential client information (collectively the “Client Information”).

Please read each point below very carefully and check each box when you fully understand the statement.

I will NOT share any Confidential Information of any kind found on the VSNT.live site with anyone other than another paid member of the Site (“Other Member”) not in breach of the Terms. *

I will NOT share any information or videos, audio recordings, webcasts, slides, transcripts, articles or any other Client Information in any public or private forums including without limitation University classes, professional workshops and presentations or with any students, professional and non-professional colleagues, co-workers, clients, professors, friends, family or anyone else, except for Other VSNT.live Members. *

If I do share any Client Information found on or downloaded from the VSNT.live site, I agree that this will constitute an intentional breach of the professional code of ethics of my current or anticipated professional and educational governing body(ies) and associations. *

I agree to report back to if I have grounds to believe any Other Member has or will share Client Information in contravention of these Terms. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of my obligations under these Terms. *

I agree that if VSNT.live have reasonable grounds to believe that I have breached my confidentiality obligations by disclosing, sharing or publishing any Client Information in contravention of these Terms, VSNT.live may disclose all records and my personal information relating to the alleged breach to any professional and/or educational governing body(ies), mental health boards, associations, public or private agencies, payers and other related professional groups with which I am, or may become, associated. *

I understand that this disclosure to third parties may result in suspension, sanction, discipline, termination or other forms of penalty or disclosure that may have direct or indirect financial impacts and I waive and release us from all claims with respect to any such loss. *

Where VSNT.live has grounds to believe that I have breached my confidentiality obligations by disclosing, sharing or publishing Client Information in contravention of these Terms, we may terminate my membership or use of the Site without refund or compensation. My lack of awareness or misunderstanding of my ethical, professional and contractual obligations is not a defence. *
